We aim to make the Graduate Mentorship Program as accessible as possible while honoring the depth and value of the training. On this page, you’ll find detailed information about tuition, payment plans, discounts, and policies to help you choose the option that best fits your needs.

DEPOSIT

Payment in full is due on registration.

  • International students may pay via bank transfer

PAYMENT

Information about how to make your payment will be on the invoice you receive one month prior to each installment. You can pay online or by check/money order via mail. If you require alternative payment methods, please contact support@whitepinecircle.org

REFUND POLICY

A refund of the payment in full can be received up to January 2, 2027, minus the $500 deposit.

DEPOSIT

A $500 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. Payments are accepted online via bank card.

  • Earlybird: $6,975
    • WPC member: $6,625
  • After October 1: $7,225
    • WPC member $6,875

INSTALLMENT DUE DATES

The remaining balance is paid in eight monthly installments, starting March 1, 2027. Invoices with payment instructions are sent approximately one month before each due date.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable.

LATE PAYMENTS

Access to the program is terminated until payment is made.

  • Returning Student: $2,850
    • WPC member: $2,500

PAYMENT

Payment must be made online during registration using a bank card.

REFUND POLICY

Tuition is non-refundable after registration and payment are confirmed.

Fiscal Policies

A deposit of $500 secures your place in the program and will be applied to the remaining balance due. Deposits are for the payment plan option only.  The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining tuition balance paid is refundable until August 1, 2026, minus the $500 deposit, and thereafter is non-refundable.

Payment Plan

Returning Students

No refunds for returning students after registration.

For those on the Payment Plan, invoices are issued usually a month before payments are due. Information about how to submit payments by check, electronic check, and online using a bank card will be listed on the invoice you receive.

Payment must be received before the installment due date or you risk losing access to the online classroom and participating in the next course. There is no processing fee for this payment method.

ELECTRONIC CHECK / BANK TRANSFER

Information about how to make payments this way will be on your invoice. There is no processing fee for this payment method.

ONLINE

Information about how to make payments this way will be on your invoice. You can pay using a PayPal account or bank card. There is a 2.3% processing fee on any payments made online.
