PAYMENT

A refund of the payment in full can be received up to April 1, 2026, minus the $500 deposit.

DEPOSIT

A $500 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. Payments are accepted online via bank card.

INSTALLMENT DUE DATES

The remaining balance is paid in three installments, via online payment, check/money order, or electronic bank transfer:

  • Deposit: At registration
  • 1st Installment: April 20, 2026
  • 2nd Installment: Coming soon
  • 3rd Installment: Coming soon

Invoices with payment instructions are sent approximately one month before each due date.

  • Electronic check (bank transfer) is available
  • International students may pay via bank transfer

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Payment Plan Fee: Slightly higher tuition covers administrative costs (TBA)
  • Processing Fee: 2.3% on bank card or PayPal payments
  • (No fee for checks, money orders, or bank transfers)

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable.

RETURNING STUDENT
(Pay in Full)

PAYMENT

Payment must be made online during registration using a bank card.

REFUND POLICY

Tuition is non-refundable after registration and payment are confirmed.

Fiscal Policies

A deposit of $500 secures your place in the program and will be applied to the remaining balance due. Deposits are for the payment plan option only.  The deposit is non-refundable.

Returning Students

Students who were previously enrolled in the Graduate Mentorship Program pay only [TBD] to become full students of the forthcoming program. Payment in Full is due at the time of registration.

The remaining tuition balance paid is refundable until April 1, 2026, minus the $500 deposit, and thereafter is non-refundable.

Returning Students

No refunds for returning students after registration.

For those on the Payment Plan, invoices are issued usually a month before payments are due. Information about how to submit payments by check, electronic check, and online using a bank card will be listed on the invoice you receive.

Payment must be received before the installment due date or you risk losing access to the online classroom and participating in the next course. There is no processing fee for this payment method.

ELECTRONIC CHECK / BANK TRANSFER

Information about how to make payments this way will be on your invoice. There is no processing fee for this payment method.

ONLINE

Information about how to make payments this way will be on your invoice. You can pay using a PayPal account or bank card. There is a 2.3% processing fee on any payments made online.
