Program Structure

Deep Learning in Eight Courses

The Graduate Mentorship Program is organized into eight thematic courses, each containing six modules. Modules are released every two weeks on Fridays and remain available throughout the duration of the program, allowing for flexible, paced learning.

What’s Included in Each Module

Each module is a rich learning unit that includes:

  • Live 3-Hour Class (Recorded & Archived)
A focused session taught by Sharon Weizenbaum, blending classical theory with clinical insight.
  • Topic-Based Discussion Forum
Engage with your cohort and ask questions directly. Sharon personally responds to every post, fostering an interactive learning environment.
  • Curated Readings & Media
Access a wide range of learning materials including scholarly articles, audio and video content, and Sharon’s own translations.
  • Extensive Ebook Collection
Over 15 ebooks, totaling 2,000+ pages of Sharon’s compiled translations and writings—designed to serve as a lasting clinical reference.
  • Facilitative Quizzes
Short, thoughtful quizzes help reinforce key concepts through active engagement rather than rote memorization.
  • Live Q&A Sessions
Join Sharon for real-time discussions to clarify topics and deepen understanding of course material.

Dedicated Mentorship & Personalized Support

  • Teaching Assistance (TA) Guidance
Each student is paired with a TA who supports diagnosis and formula development throughout the program.
  • Case Study Review
You’ll develop a case from your own practice using the diagnostic framework taught in the program. Sharon personally reviews your work to help refine your clinical skills with clarity and precision.

Access to the Student Library

Enrollment includes full access to the White Pine Institute Student Library, which features:

  • Archives of high-quality Chinese medicine journals
  • Institutional subscriptions to:
    • ClassicalChineseMedicine.org

These resources enrich your learning well beyond the core modules.

Flexible Attendance Options

  • Attend live online or on your own schedule—materials are accessible anytime.
  • Many international students have successfully completed the program using a hybrid approach.
  • Graduates of the program are welcome to retake the full course at approximately 30% of the regular tuition, deepening their mastery over time.

The GMP is approved for 18 CEU/PDA credits per course through:
